By downloading or using NodeOps (“the app”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and any applicable store policies (Google Play, Apple App Store).
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for servers, clusters, and credentials you configure in the app
- You must have authorization to access any system you connect to
- You must comply with your employer’s policies and applicable law
- Follow our User Guidelines
No warranty
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every environment, or fitness for a particular purpose. Ops actions (delete, scale, exec, etc.) can affect production systems — use carefully.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data, downtime, or costs of substitute services.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled on your device.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The latest version is published on this site.
